Spring Break at Emerald Cove

We were lucky to rent a cabin right on the beach at Emerald cove this year. It was so nice to watch my kids play on the beach right from the windows and patio, so I could stay with the twins. The water was WAY too cold, so they didn't swim, but had fun collecting shells and making castles. We stayed 5 days, but I was ready to go home by the end. These rental cabins are TINY! But OH so much better than a tent I must say.

And we love to play back to back, its nice to have someone by your side 24/7. Especially to steal bottles, pull hair and poke eachothers eyes, thats fun too. :)

Maysa's Birthday!

Maysa turned 5 shortly after Elena. She kept sneaking Elena's ipod to play games whenever she got a chance so we ended up getting her one too. We had to go into Phoenix to pick up the best deal off craigslist. Its only a 3g, but it plays a billion games and that is all that matters. She loves it of course, I know its completely ridiculous, but at least when she is driving me bonkers we have an outlet. WHAT!, Maysa never drives me bonkers, she is a little angel :)

Maysa's preschool teacher gave her this tea set, the girls loved showing the babies how to play tea party, it was so cute.

Elena's Birthday

I have a 12 yr old. How great is that!! Elena is such a good helper, she babysits, cleans, practices piano and homework on her own, never have to remind her, she is smart, and beautiful and 12! WOW~! For her party we invited Rebecca and Abby, had pizza and went to the movies. It was a fun night. She has been wanting an ipod touch so that she can use facetime with her cousins in Canada so that is what we got her, she TOTALLY deserves it, straight A student- well, except for math.
